About the Business
Business has been running for 9 years, contracting to multiple builders with long term contracts, generating a great yearly income for a side business from my main Electrical business. Business has been servicing Melbourne and greater Melbourne areas, commercial and domestic builders. Fully established with 30 builders poles currently, including under ground single & three phase and Overhead single phase and three phase, all equipment is to AS Standards and Australian made, the business also services domestic builders with installtions and removals of their own temp poles at great rates.
Currenly the business runs 10 to 16 hours a month and generates 50K per annum.
Included in the sale is a large trailer equiped with a Maxilift 110 crane with 2 extentions which will ellevate the reach to 5 meters, Stihl BT 131 auger with 2 extentions and 2 - 200mm drill bits, all equipment that is needed for underground and overhead installs ranging from cable to hat sections and timber stays. A full material, equipent and costings list has been documented to date.
