Marketing support
San Churro runs national marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions and active social media year-round — no local management required. Franchisees also receive local area marketing materials, campaign toolkits and access to the brand's established digital presence.
Training provided
Comprehensive induction at San Churro's head office followed by on-site operational training at a designated training store. Covers product, customer service, food safety, POS systems and team management, to name just some of the elements. Ongoing support from a dedicated field manager post-opening.
Skills
Hospitality or retail management experience preferred. Strong customer service ethic, team leadership ability and a passion for delivering great experiences. Business acumen and financial literacy beneficial. Full training provided by San Churro.
Length of Agreement
