San Churro provides a comprehensive 6-week induction program covering product preparation, customer service, food safety compliance, POS and inventory systems, and team management. On-site staff training is included before handover. A dedicated field support manager provides ongoing coaching throughout the agreement, with additional support from San Churro's national Support Office team across operations, marketing, finance and IT.
