Length of Agreement
The shopping centre allowes you to sign either a long term or a short term lease and will offer you to extend at the end of the lease. We typically sign for 6-12 months each time to minimize risk and sometimes just popping up for 6-8 weeks.
The Franchise Agreement term with the franchisor is for 5 years, and can be extended.
