Establish & grow your own pool restoration business with hands-on training, specialised equipment, established operating systems, technical support & a contractual minimum work supply commitment.
Our model combines two essential foundations: practical skills taught by an experienced restorer and a guaranteed minimum supply of work to help contractors establish their businesses. Training is delivered by Mark Begby, who brings more than 30 years of industry experience. Contractors learn assessment, surface preparation, fibreglass repairs, resurfacing applications, finishing, equipment use and quality control through hands-on instruction.
The minimum work supply commitment generously rewards contractors as they develop their skills and reputation. It is a starting point, not a ceiling on their business potential.
MINIMUM WORK SUPPLY COMMITMENT
180 pool restoration jobs across four years
The licence provides an initial two-year term with a further two-year option exercisable by the contractor. The advertised four-year minimum comprises 90 jobs in the initial term and a further 90 during the optionterm.
Once practical training and onboarding are completed, contractors may immediately begin developing their own customer base and independently securing and undertaking pool restoration projects, in accordance with the licence agreement. They may also request additional Reviva Pool jobs, subject to availability.
Predominantly local allocated work; skills transferable Australia-wide.
Most Reviva Pool-allocated jobs are expected to be within approximately 30–40 km of the contractor’s home address. Restoration skills acquired through training can also be used throughout Australia, including if a contractor relocates.
CONTRACTOR LABOUR PAYMENTS
$4,800–$6,000 per completed pool restoration job
This is the advertised typical payment range for contractor labour and workmanship, depending on pool size. Reviva Pool supplies all restoration materials for its allocated jobs separately, without deducting those material costs from the labour payment.
