We originally thought it could be something for our daughter to build while she is at Uni and also part passive income for us. Recently though it has been a bit of a challenge as both the wife and I have full time jobs and my daughter is moving state.

About the Business
It is a franchise started in November 2025.
Six contracts come with a 2 year revnue replacement guarantee by the Franchisor which offers some safety net, but the systems are great and many clients roll over year after year.
We have buit up our own system in terms of staffing including a siple easy to use payroll and rostering platform ensures all award rates and laws are being adhered to.
All contracts have a high audit score and are happy with the service.
I am offering the whole inventory of chemicals, equipment (4 PacVac's) and handover.
