business past its hardest, highest risk stage. The concept is proven, the brand is built, and the numbers are
real, rather than starting from zero.
About the Business
The Good Sando is a Japanese style sandwich (sando) trailer business operating across three regular Sunshine Coast trading pitches: two markets and a cafe pop up. Padre Coffee on Fridays, Eumundi Markets on Saturdays, and Noosa on Sundays (with occasional additional Wednesday trade at Eumundi), plus a separate wholesale account. The business has a fully developed brand identity, a compact and proven menu, and a full financial year of trading history to back it.
Over FY2025/26 the business generated $167,797 in total trading income (including cash taken at markets) with a net profit of $71,682, run primarily by the owners with casual and junior staff brought on for busy seasons and events. Of that, $145,077 is recorded in the formal Profit & Loss; a further $22,720 was cash taken at markets, tracked in the owners' own day by day trading log rather than entered into the accounting system. Because the matching food cost is already captured in the recorded Cost of Sales, that cash flows straight through to net profit. The trailer and kitchen equipment are owned outright and included in the sale.
