About the Opportunity
We are primarally a domestic cleaning service. We also have clients registered with the NDIS also the aged car sector including work insurence clients.
Also servicing a couple office cleans on a weekly basis.
Running this business proviedes plenty of perks and finacial benefits.
Return on the service is generally between $120 - $180 per service
This works out to averaging $50/hour per person + Travel about $30 for travel.
Once onsite for first clean - the next job is anout 4mins to 20mins max - normally about 5-10 travel between each job.

We're setup on google so we receice many enquires direct.
Training provided
Full training is included for 14 day.
From on the site work to bookkepping, point of sale, computer system training and Face to face quoting to ensure new services are booked

No experience required as full training is provided.
Drivers Licence and own Vehicle is required.
We currently lease a car and is in the budget.
Length of Agreement
New agreement with James Home Services is 7 year with the option to sell at any time.
