Training provided

To be a successful City Cave franchisee does not require any pre-requisite skills. We do require people with a passion for improving health and wellness in their communities and people that relate to our values. The City Cave franchise model is suitable for owner operators and experienced investors.
Length of Agreement
City Cave franchise agreement is for 7 years with an opportunity to renew for a further 7 years.
8 years remain on the existing lease with two further 7 year options (7 + 7).

History
Launched in 2016, City Cave now has 71 centres. SEQ territories are sold out. Centres now opening in Victoria after success in both QLD and NSW. The brand has now launched in the US and NZ with centres now open!
The brand was started by Tim Butters and Jeremy Hassell after they experienced floating and after much trial and managing their own centres they commenced franchising in 2018. City Cave Float & Wellness Centre has grown dramatically since then and it is one of the fastest-growing franchise systems in Australia.
