Marketing support

Training provided
A comprehensive and flexible handover will be provided by the seller, covering studio operations, coaching delivery, rostering, membership sales and retention, Glofox, supplier relationships and local marketing. The seller is willing to tailor the transition to the purchaser's needs. The buyer must also complete BFT's required franchise training and approval process; applicable franchisor training fees may apply.
Skills
Best suited to an engaged owner-operator with strengths in sales, team leadership, member experience and community engagement. Fitness-industry or coaching experience would be advantageous but is not essential where a capable coaching team is retained. The purchaser could work directly in the studio or appoint a manager. All purchasers remain subject to BFT approval and required training.
Length of Agreement
The current franchise term and premises lease run until December 2027, with a further five-year option available subject to the relevant agreement terms. Assignment of the lease and franchise is subject to landlord and BFT approval. The purchaser will be required to meet BFT's standard approval, training and transfer requirements.
