About the Opportunity
Astra Apartments is seeking a franchisee to establish and grow our Adelaide territory.
Since 2001, Astra Apartments has been providing residential apartments for guests who travel for work (minimum 7 night stays). Our customers come from major corporations, embassies, universities and government departments who outsource their temporary housing requirements. We currently have in excess of 500 apartments across Australia and New Zealand.
Astra Apartments is not a hotel or short-stay holiday accommodation business.
As an Astra franchisee, you will lease and manage a portfolio of quality residential apartments in prime Adelaide locations, servicing the growing demand from corporate travellers relocating, working on projects, undertaking training, or travelling for extended stays (7+ nights).
You will operate your own business with the backing of an established national brand, proven systems, corporate clients, technology platform and ongoing head office support.
As the Adelaide franchisee, your role will be to:
> Build relationships with apartment owners and property managers
> Secure quality unfurnished apartments in prime Adelaide locations
> Furnish the apartment and connect all utilities
> Manage guest bookings, stays and customer relationships
> Grow a portfolio of corporate accommodation clients in your territory
> Deliver a high-quality guest experience from enquiry through to check-out
