An opportunity to acquire an equipment hire business with a modern fleet of five Toyota Hilux
mine specification utes and two Genie diesel elevated work platforms. The current hire schedule
provides annualised revenue of $237,900, with the listed contracts running through April 2027,
subject to contract terms and any required consents.
Customer Relationships
The business has supplied customers including SCEE Electrical, part of ASX listed SCEE Group;
Clough, part of Webuild; and Polaris Engineering. The current asset schedule below is allocated
to Clough and Polaris. SCEE Electrical is included as an established customer relationship; no
current SCEE asset allocation or contract revenue is represented in this memorandum.
Toyota Hilux Mine Fleet
The ute fleet is specified in Glacier White with Black Fabric trim and SR steel wheels. Each
vehicle is fitted with a 1800 mm heavy duty white steel tray body and a mine oriented accessory
package.
Toyota Genuine Accessories
• Rear view camera for tray body; commercial steel bull bar; snorkel with ram head.
• Tow bar for 2550 mm, 2100 mm or 1800 mm tray body with long tongue flat plug.
• Fitted 1800 mm heavy duty steel tray body in white.
Ute Mine Configuration
• 1 kg fire extinguisher with hose and bracket near the front passenger seat; 75 mm high visibility striping on body and
