A) The recent sales have increased and is now approx $100K per annum. This is regular ongoing work that has been established for many years. Our current operator has not had the time to maximise the output of this area as he has spread his time over many different areas.
B) The vehicle is a 2020 Isuzu NMR 45/150 in really good condition having just completed 150,000 klms. The equipment included on the back of this is new.
C) The weekly franchise fee is set on a tiered system depending on turnover. It is as low as 7% for $30K turnover+, 8% for $20K-$30K turnover, 9% for $10K-$20K turnover & 10% for under $10K turnover includes all the advertising, call centre, support network and training.
