Hours for the owner are full time but flexible you need to be a working technician as part of the franchise agreement and like any business you get out what you put in.
Currently employ 1 casual tech based in Bunbury - 6 years service (working up to 35 hours per week) and 2 full-time Technicians one Territory Operation Manager based in Busselton - 4+years service together with the owner as the other full time technician in Bunbury.

Skills
No experience required, sales, trade, customer service backgrounds will assist eg Hospitality, carpentry and the like. You will need to be a people person and have a high degree of professionalism entering people's homes and businesses.
Length of Agreement
Ongoing franchise agreement no limitations and no renewal fees.
Fees reduce from 40% to 20% when turn over targets are achieved. This is from the Franchisor and transfers to the new owner. This is achieved each year by February or March and runs to June 30. This is worth $50 000 net profit to the business. You have the option to take on timber sanding, outlay of around $25000 with a return from this of estimated $250 000 pa having you achieve reduced fees earlier and achieve a turnover in excess of $1 000 000.
