The shop is located in a local shopping strip. it has easy access to the car park for entry and exit. The location doesnt have heavy traffic. There ample parking at the front and back of the shops.
Potential
Currently this business is operating wednesday to sunday dinner time only. It used to operate both lunch and dinner from wednesady to sunday but because of the family commitments and my other business commitments i couldn't do enough justification for this business. our friday,saturday and sunday lunches are very busy. But unfortunately we couldn't catch up. still lot of people knock the during the lunch time but we had to say no to them. Tuesday will be a good day to open the buisness because the shops located next to us dont open on tuesdays.

The food we cook and serve is taiwan based cusine. Definitely some of our food items are rare and unique. Our menu is short and helpful for the take away customers. The menu is designed for the australian customers according to their tastes. As a reason of our customers are australian people.
We have online ordering service through square website. we also have dine in area that can accommodate 20 people. we also have uber service, phone order service both of them arte very popular and in person take away services as well. The square website also have delivery service if you like to opt.
Most popular products we sell are dumplings. we have six kind of dumplings like chicken and corn, pork and cabbage, vegan, curry chicken, beef and onion and spicey chicken. some of these dumplings are sold as special dumplings. Our menu is available online please check we can discuss furtther in detail if we met.
One more important thing is we used to make our own dumplings by using dumpling machine but due to increased expenses we decide to buy from whole seller. They dumplings by using and follwing my recipes. Trust me these has saved lot of time and effort and especailly wages. these helps me to concentrate on other things.
The place is small but it has enough space in the kitchen to operate freely and efficently.
The prepartion for the week does not take too long. wages does not cost you much.
Established business and well known buisiness in the local community with good online ratings. Regular customers will help the income flow.
The business has more than 5000 instagram followers which i could not use at all because of my busy schedule.
