About the Business
The Australian Surf Bus is a multi-day surfing and camping tour currently operating between Sydney, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. It is the only concept of it's kind in the Southern Hemisphere taking travellers to the best surf spots on an epic Aussie adventure.
The customers are generally foreign nationals living in the cities who crave an authentic experience by learning to surf, camping under the stars and meeting people. We also get many backpackers and Australians that do not have access to a vehicle.
This business already comes with an excellent website, reviews and social media presence. The 11 seat bus is up to date with servicing requirements, rego and comes with a trailer full of swags and camping gear.
It is set up perfectly for someone that can take it to the next level and I will be happy to walk through the process as I too would love to see the concept flourish.
History
I started the business in 2024 upon returning from many months of surfing around the world with great enthusiasm and goals. I saw a gap in the market and jumped at it. With a background in media, connections and a bit of luck; I had a fantastic marketing campaign to launch the business into markets around the world thus seeing instant success. As it was my first time in business I just made a few mistakes a long the way regarding my discipline with the financials.
