We secure $5,000 + GST per month of initial contracts for you (T&Cs apply).
You can operate after hours, earn $40–$60 per hour, and start immediately with high‑value sites ready to go.

Your franchise starts with at least $5,000 per month in commercial cleaning contracts.

Training provided
You’ll receive full online and practical training before you begin.
Once you start servicing your contracts, you’ll enter our 4‑month business training program covering:
• Efficient, high‑quality commercial cleaning
• Using Urban Clean systems to grow your business
• Training and managing staff
• Building strong client relationships
• Practical commercial cleaning skills
• Quoting and winning new clients
• Generating referrals and growing organically
