Training provided
Yes. CouriersPlease provides a comprehensive induction and training program covering all aspects of operating your franchise: day-to-day route operations, scanning and handheld technology, depot procedures, customer service standards and compliance. This includes the company's award-winning Safe Driver Program. As the outgoing Franchise Partner, I will also provide a full handover and route familiarisation, walking you through the round, the regular customers and the daily rhythm of the territory. No prior courier experience is required.
Skills
No prior courier or business experience is necessary — full training is provided. What matters is reliability, a strong work ethic and a genuine customer-service focus, as you are the face of the brand to every customer on the round. You will need a current, clean Australian driver's licence, physical fitness for regular lifting and loading, good time management, and the self-discipline to run your own business.
