The biggest barrier to starting your own business is not conveyanicng but knowing how to run the business around it. We are a 3 man boutique business.
We dont want to tie you into rigid operating models. We want to help you develop your conveyancing business, your way but with advice and support. We provide the backbone, you build your business.
We help you understand the commercial side of operating a conveyancing practice and
provide someone experienced to discuss ideas, challenges and decisions with.
Business Systems
Access to established processes, systems and procedures designed to help your business
operate professionally and efficiently.
Marketing support
There are no mandatory contributions to marketing. We have developed an inexpensive but successful marketing method which you are welcome to follow. Our method costs $1000 per month. Or you can devise your own marketing plan.
Training provided
2 weeks training online initially. We will visit your location to help with set up and to gain local area knowledge. Ongoing training and support via phone and teams when required.
We supply the computer, IT Support, IT Security, precedents and methodoliges. A trained assistant for your use on an hourly rate as needed. Advice on difficult matters, a sounding board when needed. Bookkeeping support.
Skills
You already know conveyancing but running a business requires different skills.Our
franchise is designed for experienced conveyancers who are ready to move from employee to
business owner — without having to build everything from the ground up.
3 years plus conveyancing experience is essential.

We started our Conveyancing business with no clients 3 years ago and now settle 40 matters per month. As we have grown we decided we did not want to employ more people but to create a team of other experienced conveyancers.
We beleive our growth is because we use technology and systems to create speed and accuracy but retain the personal client relationships and great service either face to face or on the phone.
