The club enjoys a prominent position within the Mallawa sporting precinct within easy walking distance to the heart of rapidly expanding Palm Beach.
The venue is a single building operation with separate areas for dining, main bar, TAB and gaming. The Club currently has over 5000 members, including a strong contingent of junior and senior soccer players.

Hours

An excellent opportunity exists for a motivated and dedicated contract caterer to operate the club’s bistro under generous terms with minimal overheads.
The Club is open seven days a week, with catering currently offered five days a week from Wednesday to Sunday.
The venue is a single building operation with separate areas for dining, main bar, TAB and gaming. The Club currently has over 5000 members, and of course a strong contingent of junior and senior soccer players.
The dining area consists of approx. 80 covers with an additional 80 covers in the main bar area.
The Facilities
Our functional kitchen provides equipment and facilities allowing versatility and the ability to cook for large numbers. These facilities include multiple work stations, a functional layout and modern cooking equipment.

• Ability to build good relations with members and guests both through service delivery and by employing well trained staff committed to customer service.
• Work closely with Management to ensure outstanding service delivery and develop a good working relationship with all football committees.

Details of Commencement
Commencement date to be agreed with successful applicant. Some preparation for upcoming functions may be needed prior to commencement date.

• Responsible for payment of gas and grease trap expenses
• Kitchen staff wages
• Food costs
• Insurance - Workers Compensation, Public Liability etc.
