History
I have owned this business for 3 years. It started from word of mouth doing residential cleans but have since moved into commercial cleans only. It has the potential to go back to cleaning residential and commercial if the new owner wants to have more work. I currently only do 10-15 hours with the 2 contracts I have in place but with a third coming back on the books in January/ February this would increase to 21 - 25 hours per week. If the new contract comes into play in January/ February you would be looking at approximately $3000+ per week.
