History
Uluwatu Blue café was established in 2015 by local Katherine Erskine who started in the food business by catering for the Bombie Bar at every Sunday music gig. The Bombie Bar raised funds for the Coal Cliff Lifesaving Club. This how Mexican came to Stanwell Park. It was this experience that enabled Uluwatu Blue to offer in house catering services.
