Business was purchased 3 years ago and we have renewed the fleet. Buisness is the most expensive option on the market (driving higher average revenue per rental) and continue to have very strong demand and volumes.
The business grew by 19% in FY25 and is on track for 30% growth in FY26. It could be growing faster via marketing or listing the vans on Camplify, however, it would really benefit from greater scale via either expansion of the fleet. This would improve the economics, maintenance as well as storage expenses and software etc.

Great Rates Australia is a southern suburbs Caravan hire business focussed on high-end caravan hire.
Since we purchased the business in 2022 we have totally renewed the fleet and been the most expensive option on the market (driven by a desire to attract higher average revenue per rental) but continue to have very strong demand and volumes.
The higher price point limits the damage issues we have had and we have extensive processes & templates for all business processes and caravan handover instructions.
A booking CRM based on Checkfront has been used with all booking details for the last 3 years which can easily be migrated to a different platform.
This is a growing market with more older (responsible) australians exploring via caravan with friends and family.
