I bought and ran the business for the purpose of migration. I and my family got our permanent residence because of this business recently enabling me to sell the business. I don't need to keep the business to make a life as I have another business back in my mother country. My own house is 20 kilometers far away from the cafe which makes me difficult to send and pick up my kid from school.
The cafe has a history of 10 years with very loyal regular customers. The coffee beans are very welcomed and accepted by the customers. The food provided is Australian style and easy to make with limited wastage on food ingredients. The chef is very experienced and nice. 80% customers are local people living nearby, working people whose workplaces are nearby, rugby players, coaches or admin staff, cyclists, people with dogs or baby trolleys, tradies, taxi drivers, ambulance and polices because of easy free parking. As it is near Ballymore Stadium, when there is rugby games or events, it can be very busy. It is near Brisbane Royal Women Hospital, so brings in more patients and their families as it is very expensive to park at the hospital. It is also arounded by a lot of companies, day cares, universities, cancer lodges, medical institutes, which can brings in more demand for catering services. It is located in heritage protected suburb, so no house can get commercial license anymore. With no restaurants and general stores nearby, the cafe can open dinner time, extend opening hours, and even start to sell groceries as a general store. Now the cafe as more than 550 reviews on Google with a rate of 4.6, and graded as a choice shop on UberEats with a rate of 4.8.
This site turned into a cafe 10 years ago. Before that, it is a general store with a very long history too. Many old people living in the neiboughhood know the history.
