About the Business
I have owned and operated this small business for over 10 years. I'm prepared to provide training and mentoring. This is the perfect way to get to know the Byron Bay community and area. It requires long days during markets, but provides a reliable and relatively convenient working income.
I spend about half a day before each market preparing stock & equipment. The market day itself requires me working onsite from about 5am through to about 4pm. This excludes the time required to drive to and from the market site.
I'm fortunate that I have a reliable friend who helps operate the stall during busy times. This is a tremendous help in terms of overall workload. During the weekdays, I'm often making simple repairs or improvements to the trailer and equipment.
The sale does not (at this stage) include a tow vehicle, which is required to move the registered trailer to and from event sites in a weekly basis. Moreover, a suitable parking space is required to house the trailer during weekdays, preferably at your own residence, and preferably undercover but not critical.
I have a large amount of spare equipment and the like, which comes with the business and requires storage. You'll also require some undercover or indoor space adjacent to the trailer's park, where we can install large fridges for chilling fruit prior to market days.

Over ten years I've refined my operations and consolidated events to though which work well for me. You will find yourself being drawn towards your own additional events for a variety of reasons. I have a good working knowledge of the managers of various markets in the area.
