We will also create and manage your franchise’s social media channels and website. We will post engaging content across these platforms, as well as help to drive client engagement via your business’s Google My Business listing.
Training provided
We offer both in-person and online training to our franchise owners to equip them for success. New franchise owners are invited to our head office in Melbourne for an in-depth induction program that includes training sessions on credit, compliance, social media, lead generation, and software systems. Our online learning portal - ‘eAcademy’ - consists of courses that our brokers can access at any time. The modules cover areas such as compliance, business management, software navigation and lead conversion, as well as general finance information.
