About the Opportunity
For more than 20 years, Dovida has been providing compassionate care across six countries, delivering millions of hours of support to clients every year. Now, we are excited to expand our proven, relationship-based home care model in New Zealand.
Since launching in Auckland, Dovida has already built a dedicated team of nearly 100 Caregivers, supporting hundreds of clients in just a few years. Our commitment is simple: to empower individuals to live life on their terms with personalised, high-quality care.
As a Dovida Agent you are a valued business partner, who will operate as an independent contractor, driving growth by building strong relationships and generating client referrals within your local community—particularly in the health sector.
As an Agent, you’ll invest a nominal startup fee in exchange for an exclusive territory, comprehensive training, and ongoing commission payments for the duration of your clients’ services with Dovida.
You’ll be fully supported by our office team in Eden Terrace, which oversees client relationships, support services, and Caregiver recruitment, retention, and training—allowing you to focus on growing your business.
Unlike a franchise model, there are no royalty payments. Instead, you’ll receive a percentage of the revenue generated through a trailing commission structure.
