Gateway Plaza Leopold is a major sub-regional shopping centre on the Bellarine Highway, servicing Leopold, Geelong and the wider Bellarine Peninsula. The centre is anchored by Coles, Aldi, Kmart and Bunnings, supported by more than 50 specialty retailers across food, fashion, health, beauty and services. Its core demographic is family-oriented and established households, complemented by retirees and growing residential communities across the Bellarine. The centre benefits from strong local and passing traffic, driven by its prominent highway location, grocery-led convenience offer and destination retailers, with additional visitation from commuters and Bellarine Peninsula travellers. Boost Juice is located at G29, 641–659 Bellarine Highway, within the main retail precinct, benefiting from the centre's strong everyday shopping and food traffic.
The Boost Juice Support Centre has a creative, clever and dedicated in-house marketing department, which means that there is rarely a need for us to engage external resources. The department is divided into creative design, digital and social media, local area marketing and customer relations teams. Our marketing department works closely with our Franchise Partners to deliver fun and exciting national (and local area) campaigns that engage with each store’s customers, and continues to promote brand recognition and sales growth further.
New Boost Juice Franchise Partners are required to complete a comprehensive three-week training program (in Melbourne) prior to operating a Boost Juice business. The training is delivered by our dedicated Learning and Development team and covers the key practical and back-of-house systems and process associated with operating a Boost Juice store. After the successful completion of the training, new partners will also receive five days of settlement/ grand opening in-store support from both the Learning & Development, and Operations teams.
The effective selection of quality Franchise Partners has played a critical role in the great success of the Boost Juice brand. Whilst previous experiences in owning or operating a business would be valuable, it is not imperative as apart of our selection process. Our franchising team are looking for applicants who are committed and passionate about our brand and our products, while being determined and willing to work in a fun, vibrant environment, embracing change and simply sharing our love life attitude!
When purchasing an existing store you will inherit the remainder of the franchise term.

2000
In 2000, Janine Allis saw a gap in the Australian market for a healthy fast-food alternative. As a consumer she had always struggled to find anything healthy to eat and drink when she was out, so she developed a business plan. The idea was simple: make healthy living both tasty and fun and build a brand that embodied her ‘Love Life’ philosophy. By using real fruit and vegetables, along with Janine’s passion to create something that was unlike anything else in the market, the concept of Boost began to take shape.
