As an ACE franchisee you will have exclusive rights within the Ballarat territory. High population growth rates means that there will be large number of new strata properties being built providing real growth opportunities for this business.
Total annual revenue for 2025 is forecast to be over $220,000 including GST. This is an opportunity to own a low overhead work from home business with a nett income of more than $100,000 plus capital growth on the existing portfolio of 5% a year. Guarantees on strata property retention are provided for 6 months, if an owners corporation decides to terminate their contract within six months of purchase, the outgoing franchisee will refund costs associated with the purchase of that property (conditions apply).

Training provided
ACE recognises that two of the most important elements contributing to the success of a franchise are training and support and will provide training in the skills needed to run your franchise. ACE will provide regular online and in person training courses plus a bi-annual national conference. The existing manager will mentor and provide transition support. New franchisees will be required to undertake training with their chosen software provider and in time to complete a Certificate IV in Strata Community Management where applicable.
Skills
To excel in this business, you should be someone with experience in bookkeeping or administration, is able to deal with a variety of personalities and has good organisational and communication skills. It is important that an ACE franchisee has the desire to succeed, a confident manner and the ability to gather information and advice so they can provide assistance and leadership to their owners corporations across a broad range of disciplines. Prior knowledge of the strata industry is not required as extensive training will be provided.
