You will be supported by Australia’s premier owners corporation management organisation and senior industry specialists whilst having the flexibility that comes with owning your own business.

The strata industry continues to grow. According to the 2022 Australasian Strata Insights Report, there were 123,180 strata schemes, 991,331 lots and a total insured value of schemes of 399.4 billion dollars.

As an ACE franchisee you will have exclusive rights to your specific territory. High population growth rates means that there will be large number of new strata properties being built providing real growth opportunities for our business.
Revenue numbers vary depending on the territory area and demographics. An ACE Franchise is potentially an opportunity to own a low overhead business with solid annual growth. Guarantees on strata property retention are provided for 6 months, if an owners corporation decides to terminate their contract within six months of purchase, the outgoing franchisee will refund costs associated with the purchase of that property (conditions apply).

Training provided
ACE recognises that two of the most important elements contributing to the success of a Franchise are training and support. The existing Manager of the territory you select to purchase, will mentor and provide transition support. New Franchisees are required to undertake training to obtain a Class 1 NSW Licence. The timeframe to complete this requirement depends on previous formal qualifications & experience.
Skills
To thrive in this role, a background in bookkeeping, administration or Real Estate is ideal, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with a wide range of people. Successful ACE Franchisees are motivated, well-organised, and ready to step into a leadership role — drawing on advice and insights to guide owners corporations across varied matters.
Prior strata experience isn’t necessary. We provide in-depth training on the job to set you up for success before you purchase the business.
