Animal Fun® is inviting experienced Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Early Childhood Teachers to become Licensed Facilitators across NSW.
Join a program with a strong evidence base and established professional credibility
Animal Fun was developed by a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and psychologists at Curtin University. Its effectiveness has been evaluated through a 3-year randomised controlled trial involving more than 500 children, with peer-reviewed research demonstrating improvements in children's motor skills and social and behavioural outcomes.
What can you do as a Licensed Facilitator?
Build a flexible business through a combination of:
Animal Fun sessions with children - Facilitate engaging sessions in kindergartens, schools and early childhood care and education settings.
Professional development for adults - Deliver face-to-face and online workshops for educators and other professionals.
Community Engagement - Partner as a subcontractor with an organisation implementing Thriving Kids to deliver workshops/sessions with parents and children.
Resource sales - Support services to implement Animal Fun through the program's established resources and receive 20% of all sales.
Regional relationship building - Develop relationships with early learning services, schools and allied health networks in your area.
The commercial opportunity:
The current annual licence fee is $10,000, with a minimum commitment to purchase 20 resource packs at $320 each over the course of the year. These are currently on sold to clients at $400 representing an $80 profit to you per pack sold. (A minimum of 1 Complete pack is needed to implement the program – many services order multiple packs).
Current indicative professional development training fees are $720 for a 1.5-hour face-to-face workshop for 1–10 participants (or $72 per person for larger groups) or $275 per person for a half day workshop and $110–$150 per hour for children's sessions.

History
Designed by a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists from Curtin University's Health Sciences Faculty.
Since the finalisation of the research project, Animal Fun is now being used in over 60% of all primary schools in WA, is an approved supplier on the VIC Dept of Ed. SRF menu, expanded into QLD with Kindy Uplift funding and recently approved and added to the SA government Preschool Boost Menu.
NSW is a largely untapped market so provides a great opporunity for an enthusiastic licensee.
