We are launching a national rollout of LodgePro, an award-winning, AI-powered tax and compliance platform, through a network of shopping centre kiosks across Australia. This is a unique opportunity to own and operate a customer-facing, tech-enabled tax service business in high-footfall retail environments. Unlike traditional tax offices, this model blends in-person engagement with a powerful digital platform—allowing you to capture walk-in demand while delivering fast, efficient, and accurate tax services.
As a Franchise / Agency Partner, you will run a LodgePro-branded kiosk, engage directly with customers, and introduce them to a smarter way of lodging their tax returns. Your role will focus on generating leads, converting enquiries into bookings, and building ongoing client relationships. With strong seasonal demand during tax time and recurring opportunities throughout the year, the model is designed to support both immediate revenue and long-term growth.
You will be supported by a centralised system that includes proven marketing campaigns, operational frameworks, training, and technology. LodgePro’s AI-driven platform simplifies the tax process by assisting with data capture, categorisation, and compliance, enabling you to focus on customer engagement and business growth rather than complex manual processing.

From day one, you’ll receive structured launch and ongoing marketing support to accelerate success. This includes pre-launch campaigns, local area promotion, shopping centre activation support, and high-converting scripts to drive early traction. You’ll also benefit from national brand campaigns, digital advertising, lead generation funnels, and ready-to-use marketing assets. Ongoing guidance, performance tracking, and seasonal tax campaigns ensure you can consistently grow visibility, attract customers, and scale your franchise with confidence
Receive structured onboarding to get you operational fast. Initial training (1–2 weeks) covers LodgePro platform use, customer engagement, sales conversion, and kiosk operations. You’ll be trained on POS systems, appointments, and workflows, with scripts and playbooks provided. Ongoing training includes refreshers, product updates, compliance guidance, and coaching to help you grow, improve performance, and scale your business.
Ideal candidates are confident communicators with strong sales and customer service skills. Experience in retail, business development, client-facing roles, or personal tax return preparation is highly valued. A commercial mindset, self-motivation, and ability to build relationships are key. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn POS and digital systems are essential. No formal tax qualifications required—full training provided. Suitable for entrepreneurs building a scalable business.
The initial franchise/agreement term is 1 year, providing a low-commitment entry to establish and test the business. Renewal options may be available based on performance and mutual agreement, with opportunities to expand into multiple locations over time.
