This is a territory licence opportunity (not a franchise) to build a local AI transformation business under the Aligned.au brand and operating model, backed by HQ systems, training, and enablement.
Aligned.au helps businesses adopt AI in a practical, outcomes-first way—using AI voice agents, automation workflows and integrations to improve lead response, bookings, customer service, admin efficiency and operational performance. Your role is to develop your territory, run discovery with business owners, design fit-for-purpose solutions, coordinate implementation using proven playbooks, and manage ongoing optimisation and account growth.
HQ Support + Training (structured onboarding + ongoing):
You won’t be left to “figure it out”. HQ provides training and support across:
• Territory business plan (target segments, activity plan, 90-day launch plan)
• Go-to-market positioning + offer packaging
• Marketing strategy assistance (digital + local area marketing strategies and campaigns)
• Sales enablement (discovery, qualification, proposals, pipeline systems)
• Delivery frameworks (client onboarding, implementation standards, reporting + optimisation)
• Systems enablement (CRM workflows, scripts, templates, asset library)
Marketing engine + community:
HQ has a dedicated team to support and guide licensees with campaigns and execution. You’ll receive a structured LinkedIn program (messaging frameworks, content prompts, templates) plus recorded sessions and structured meetings anyone can attend. Licensees also plug into market insight forums, podcasts, and HQ-led enablement—plus support for summits and expos where relevant.
Local authority events:
You’ll be supported with a proven playbook to introduce AI to businesses through breakfast briefings and lunch sessions, designed to educate the market and convert into qualified discovery conversations.

Aligned provides a dedicated team to support and guide each territory licensee with both digital and local area marketing strategies and campaigns. You’ll have access to a structured marketing engine including LinkedIn-based outreach frameworks, templates, and recorded sessions. Licensees can also plug into regular market-insight forums (recorded and open to all), plus podcasts, summits and expo support—alongside a proven event playbook for introducing AI to local businesses through breakfast briefings and lunch sessions.”
Licensees receive training and practical enablement / including: planning for your territory (target segments, revenue plan, activity plan), go-to-market positioning and marketing strategy (digital + local area campaigns, LinkedIn frameworks, messaging, and asset library), sales enablement (discovery, qualification, proposals, pricing, pipeline management), delivery/operations (service standards, client onboarding, account management, reporting), and systems training (CRM workflows, templates, scripts, playbooks and tracking)
This suits a commercially minded operator with strong communication skills and comfort in B2B relationship-building. Sales experience is helpful (but not essential if you’re coachable). You’ll do well if you’re organised, proactive, and able to manage a pipeline and deliver great client outcomes.
