About the Opportunity
This is a genuine opportunity to own a well established strata management business with a strong reputation and loyal client base, in the growing strata management sector.
As a Franchise Partner, you will build and manage your own portfolio of Owners Corporations, supported by ACE systems, processes, and national infrastructure.
You will be responsible for client relationships, service delivery, and the growth of your business, with ongoing guidance from an experienced network.

Training provided
• Comprehensive onboarding and mentorship from outgoing manager
• Ongoing training provided online and in person and bi-annual national conferences
• Marketing support including national campaigns and local networking
• New franchisees will be required to undertake training with their chosen software provider and in time to complete a Certificate IV in Strata Community Management where applicable.
Skills
