The owners first owned a popular Mexican restaurant in the city, later purchasing a small restaurant in the suburb of Mortdale. Very quickly news of the move brought old customers from the city out to Mortdale. In early 2000's they sold the thriving restaurant to pursue the production of authentic Mexican products to service restaurants across the country, with their specialities in corn manufactured products. With an authentic supply of Mexican products established, they sold the factory and returned to the restaurant game.
