About the Business
Step into a well-equipped men’s barbershop with an established local following, offered for sale as the owner retires after around 20 years at this location.
Located in a coastal community south of Perth, the business trades from a convenient local shopping and service area that draws everyday foot traffic. Easy parking makes it simple for customers to visit, and nearby residential apartments add to the local population on the doorstep. The shop draws high walk-in traffic alongside a base of regular clientele, and its substantial Google reviews support its visibility online.
An experienced, long-serving team already knows the clientele and keeps the shop running smoothly, giving a new owner continuity from day one. The current setup combines hands-on owner involvement with reliable staff support, so you can choose how involved you want to be, whether that’s working on the tools or taking a more managerial role. Regular customers stay comfortable with familiar faces, helping protect the trade through the handover.
The shop is large, and there is room to add capacity without changing premises. Trading currently runs on weekdays and Saturday mornings, leaving a clear opportunity to extend hours. Very low overheads have helped the business stand the test of time.
A recent renovation has refreshed the premises, including extensive custom timber benches crafted by a local maker. A new owner can take over a presentable, ready-to-trade shop with no immediate fit-out spend.
