Originating from the southern heartland of Louisiana, paying respect to the melting pot of flavours and cuisines that graced the countertops of American diners. During the 1950s, the US troops transported our original southern fried chicken recipe to Seoul, Korea, where it was given a new life.

Southern Seoul serves a unique take on Korean fried chicken dusted with our secret southern American spice blend, paired with a refreshing ice cold beer.
