BACKED BY SCIENCE
Our programming is based on conjugate periodization principles. This means, over a 15-week cycle, we program and utilize the same movements at different patterns, whilst working towards an overall improvement in performance at the end of cycle.
STATE OF THE ART FACILITIES
With an optimal floor size of 350 -450sqm, we design facilities which
efficiently use floor space to allow for all our core movements, without
unnecessary waste. Our ‘black, white, with a splash of rainbow’ color pallet
is designed to set the mood of ‘inviting, yet ready to work’.
WORLD CLASS MEMBER MANAGEMENT
We’re here to help our franchise partners succeed. Each franchisee
receives a personalized dashboard indicating the core ten ‘metrics that matter’ in driving greater membership and performance.

THE C3 TRAINING METHOD
High intensity sessions with work/rest ratios designed to match your body’s
natural energy systems to build endurance, power and strength while
optimizing calorie burn.
Purposefully designed 15-week cycles alternate between peak effort and tapering periods to avoid burnout and demotivating plateaus. Testing occurs at the end of each cycle to measure progress.
Personalization is at the heart of everything we do.
Our 3 signature Programs Strength, Shape, and Condition are our core programs.
Personalization is introduced to cater for injuries, or different performance levels.
