It has been over ten years since the first Wokinabox restaurant opened its doors in Norwood, Adelaide. The response to our concept of providing fresh, quality Asian cuisine in a convenient and ultra-friendly customer service environment was overwhelmingly positive.

Customers loved seeing their meal cooked to order by trained chefs using real, fresh ingredients. This winning formula has seen us expand to over 30 restaurants across Australia and our future is bright, with customers trusting in the quality and freshness of our product which keeps them coming back!

It is exciting time to be part of Wokinabox having been recently acquired by Asian Restaurant Concepts, which is now the leading noodle-based QSR in Australia today, representing over 104 restaurants across the country.

As a Wokinabox franchise partner, you’ll enjoy the support of a team dedicated to your success, as well as access to training and marketing resources.

Take a read through our simple 10-step process for joining Wokinabox!

  1. Information
    Complete our Information Request Form and a Deed of Confidentiality.

  2. Financial data
    We will give you some information about the Wokinabox franchise system, so you can begin your own planning and due diligence.

  3. Discovery day
    We will arrange for you to work a typical shift in a busy Wokinabox restaurant with an experienced Franchise Partner/Manager.

  4. Meeting
    You will meet our Franchise Development Manager and be provided with our disclosure document, which includes a list of our restaurants and the names of Franchise Partners.

  5. BSM meeting
    One of our experienced Business Support Managers will meet you to assess your operational abilities.

  6. Business plan
    You will be given a Wokinabox Business Plan template and you’ll need to complete a detailed plan of how you will manage, grow, market and maximize every opportunity within your Wokinabox franchise. You will also need to give us a five-year cashflow forecast.

  7. Panel interview & induction day
    Following all the due diligence, you will come to our Franchise Support Centre in Melbourne for your formal panel interview. If you are successful, you will be inducted as a Franchise Partner within the Wokinabox system.

  8. Training
    You will commence your intensive training program in Melbourne, and all documents will be executed and returned.

  9. Restaurant build
    If required – you may be purchasing a previously completed restaurant.

  10. Opening day
    This is it! The settlement and handover of your very own Wokinabox restaurant. You are now part of the Wokinabox team. Welcome aboard!
