This is an amazing place with a lot of history for goldmining in the area. We get amazing support from the locals & due to being on the main road through to Clifton & Toowoomba, we do get a lot of farmers & travellers coming past constantly. We have now got it up & successfully running but due to both of us having bad health it just isn't an option for us to stay trading. It has shown a growth from $5000 per week to $7000 per week, with an average of $6000. It is fully equipped & ready to hit the ground running

Plenty of potential, it currently runs as a cafe/bar but it also has a room off the kitchen that you can use as living quarters or as a grocery store as it was ran in the past. You could also open 7 days a week if you like. You have the potential to also do catering. We will need to transfer the Liquor licence & food licence across to the new owners. It is a requirement that at least one person has a Managers Licence & you will also need RSA for bar service & a Food Supervisors Certificate. These can all be done through online courses

You will need to have a business background in purchasing & book keeping etc to keep it running smoothly.
