The Business operates 5 Days a week normally between the hours of 9am to 5pm with some flexability. As the proprietor, you are the representative of the business and make monthly calls on each of your customers to take your orders. Some orders are done via email or phone. The business is run by third party Logistics so the storage of your stock , the picking of orders and delivery are conducted by a transport company so no need for staff or wharehouse.As the proprietor , you do the invoicing of product out to your customers.The customers are predominantly Hotels and Liquor stores.
