This well-regarded carpet cleaning business has been proudly owned and operated by the original founder for approximately 25 years. Due to retirement and health issues of the owner’s wife, the owner is now looking to pass the business on reluctantly after building a great reputation and loyal client base.
The business is well established, servicing a mix of domestic and commercial clients. Most of the work comes from recurring high-end commercial customers (ie large scale resorts) who have been with the business for many years and deeply value the service provided. Currently, the owner is working circa 15 - 20 hours per week as he transitions into retirement.
