We are well known for using quality and fresh ingredients, and offer a variety of options for people with different dietary needs.
We have good relationship with the local residents, workers and businesses. Trading is steady and our sales are very steady all year round. Our menu is designed so it can be delivered by 1 person during the week, and during the weekend the workload can be handled quite easily by 4 people max.
It's a well runned business with tight stock control and minimal wastage. We do a good job balancing between generating a profit and looking after our customers.

History
Started off as the 5 Lire Cafe, renovated and designed withe utmost car to bring the flavour of Italy to Melbourne. We took over in 2019. 6 months after we took over, COVID lockdown started and we quickly responded by pushing out japanese style bento boxes suitable for takeaway. During lockdown we also designed the low-carb section of our menu to accommodate the low-carb community in North Melbourne. We have grown through these experiences and streamlined our set-up and processes to cope with the growing trade.
