About the Business
Due to retirement, we are selling our hosted cPanel account clients.
These are 'client accounts' that we have hosted for over 10 years, with a handful being retained for up to 15 years. All clients have a long, established relationship with our business and have relied on us for web design, website changes, SEO, digital marketing, email and IT support.
Clients include small to medium Australian enterprises such as tradies, corporate clients, charity and not-for-profit organisations, and a local municipal council Government client.
Most cPanel accounts include a Wordpress website and in approximately 50% of accounts we host client email. All clients are Australian based and scattered across the entire country.
We also manage 200+ client domain names (DNS config, domain renewals, full Registry services).
All accounts are hosted on an enterprise grade server running WHM with daily, weekly and monthly backups to a separate block volume. All infrastructure is located in a Sydney datacentre. You can either take over the monthly server lease, or migrate accounts to your own server infrastructure if desired.
WHMCS is used for client management, Support Tickets, and automatic billing with all clients paying invoices via either credit card or bPay on an automatic annual basis. The system runs on auto-pilot and is completely passive income.
Please note, we are selling cPanel accounts only as we are closing down and want to cancel our ABN and Australian company structure. If you prefer to take over the company entity, then this is something we can discuss. We do have a long standing brand and a 5 star Google reputation.
This is a perfect opportunity for an Australian based web-design business, SEO business, marketing outfit, IT business to up-scale, and/or add-on hosting / web-design services, and continue servicing a cohort of quality Australian customers who have been with us for the past 10-15 years.
These clients provide positive 'passive' income, and there is opportunity to upsell SEO, managed IT Services, or develop new and improved websites for them.
