This business requires a highly dedicated owner operator to work with the investors to grow this business with significant potential. We have a small window to expand this business to other states and regions. We are looking for somone who is an investor with his time and money. If revenue grows more than a particular amount then the owner operator will get a minimum base plus bonus. If the revenue falls below the agreed level then the owner operator will not get any payment. We can also agree a pro rata model.
Skills
Ability to have excellent customer service and sales skills. Should have the ability to sell to B2B and B2C with great outbound cold calling skills. Constantly target partners, customers and promotional campaigns. Must be a techie to some extent to trouble shoot some systems for which training will be provided. Manager of venue staff and performance manage them including rostering them to shifts. Will be trained to be a game master to service customers.

Business operates 10 AM to 10 PM every day. You can pick the hours. Ideal if we Monday to Friday.

We are not looking to sell, but looking for a partner to co-invest (time & capital) to expand the business.
