History
The business started in July 2023 and quickly became a hit with both locals and visitors to town, building many regular customers. Since then, it has grown from strength to strength, with more regular customers and ever-busier holiday periods. Our record revenue for a day was achieved recently during the Port Fairy Folk Festival, when we sold over $9000 worth of dishes, drinks, and sweet treats in a single day!
