Marketing support
$5,000 dedicated launch support will be provided to promote your new store opening. The launch support package that will include local community announcements, flyers, social support and more, relevant to your store location. Plus, inclusion in national campaigns from the day you open. You will also have the support of the Brumby’s Marketing Department to provide you with their years of experience creating and implementing innovative and successful marketing programs.
Training provided
We will fly you to our Gold Coast training academy to deliver an extensive five-week training program to help teach you what you need to know to operate a Brumby’s Bakery. Travel and accommodation up to the value of $5,000 is on us!
The trainers are brand experts that will teach you all aspects of running the franchise including sharing their passion and love to create authentic, honest baked goods that inspire a desire to bake more.
Skills
• You are a qualified Baker (eg. Cert 3 in Baking/ Patisserie or Retail Baking) or have access to a dedicated Baker to operate in the store
• The desire to be the owner / work full time in your business
• The ambition to be successful and the drive to maximise the potential of the store
• A passion for hospitality and customer service
• No specific qualifications are required, although having business experience is an advantage
