As industry leaders in convenience, UBX has disrupted the boutique gym model by eliminating class timetables. Members enjoy flexible start times, with workouts running across a continuous 12-round circuit that blends boxing and strength training. Six rounds feature boxing, including bagwork and one-on-one padwork with a coach, while the other six focus on functional strength, cardio, and conditioning. Each round resets every three minutes, ensuring members can start their workout whenever it suits them.
Our revolutionary Extended Access feature takes flexibility to the next level, allowing members to train outside of staffed hours—a first for boutique gyms. This innovation not only increases member satisfaction and retention but also provides franchisees with greater freedom and operational efficiency.
