Vendors showcase, sell, and hire their products or services through their own storefronts, while clients can browse options, shop within budget, manage bookings, communicate via integrated chat, and make secure online payments - simplifying the entire event planning experience.
Built on a four-layer architecture, the platform comprises:
- A customer-facing e-commerce front, where clients browse, book, and pay for products and services instantly.
- A supplier portal, allowing vendors to manage their own storefronts, inventory, pricing, and bookings.
- A dedicated venue directory layer, where venue owners list spaces via subscription, receive direct enquiries, and access analytics without using the storefront system.
- An admin dashboard, providing complete oversight of all users, transactions, listings, and platform analytics.
Each user type, customer, supplier, or venue has a dedicated signup and authentication flow, ensuring secure data separation, tailored user experiences, and seamless operation end-to-end.

Initially serving SA, VIC & NSW, EEA is designed to scale nationally, offering significant growth potential for new owners.
