Since 1990, TAB has helped over 25,000 business owners in more than 25 countries achieve their goals - both personally and professionally.
We’re now seeking passionate individuals in Bay of Plenty, Taranaki and Christchurch to join our collaborative community as franchise partners. As a TAB Franchisee, you’ll operate your own business while leveraging our established brand, proven systems and extensive support network.
Your role involves facilitating monthly peer advisory boards for non-competing business owners and offering individual coaching sessions. You’ll help your members overcome challenges, identify growth opportunities and stay accountable to their goals - making a tangible difference in their lives and businesses.
We're looking for people with strong business backgrounds - former executives, business owners, consultants or professionals with 15+ years of experience who want to apply their knowledge in a meaningful, impactful way.

Marketing support

Training covers event marketing, networking and social media. You’ll gain access to our proven tools, CRM system and get support setting up LinkedIn and social media profiles, as well as content to share with your network. Training provided
Start Strong with World-Class Training and Support
Franchisees receive comprehensive training to set them up for success. Beginning with one week of online training, followed by an in-person training week, two weeks of hands-on support during their launch and additional follow-up week online. Training covers facilitation, coaching, tools, marketing, sales and communication. Access resources, templates and personalised materials. Continuous support includes your own board with expert advice from Head Office and experienced franchisees.
Length of Agreement
Franchisees have the security of a 10 year term with the option to renew for an additional 10 years.
